I dropped off a glass shelf that needed duplication on Tuesday. He said the job would be ready on Thursday. When I called he said he hadn't had time to do it but would immediately and call me back. He never did. I called him 4 more times and finally had the job done by someone else on Friday. It took half hour. Now I need my shelf back and he still does not answer his phone. His office was closed Friday midday and someone was waiting to give him a job. I told him to go somewhere else. This business cannot be relied on.
