Advanced Performance Physical at 1201 East Ocean Avenue, Lompoc, California.

I was actually just visiting family in Lompoc, CA when I needed to visit Advanced Performance Physical Therapy. I did something to my lower back right before my trip and was having a really hard time standing up and walking because of the pain. The Physical Therapist there worked on me for about an hour and helped realign my back and hips and showed me some stretches I could do at home to relax those muscles and relieve the pain. I felt a lot better after the appointment and was able to enjoy the rest of my trip. They seem to have fixed the issue, because I didn't have any problems after that within a few days. Overall I was really happy with these guys and really appreciated them getting me in so quickly even though I wasn't from the area.
